The Cause

The ultimate purpose of I Survived A Kappa Delta Game Show is to spread awareness and to gain support for Prevent Child Abuse America and Olive Crest organization. The financial goal of the event is to raise over $7,500, donating 20% of total funds raised to the Kappa Delta Sorority national philanthropy Prevent Child Abuse America and 80% to our local  philanthropic organization, Olive Crest Organization.

Kappa Delta Sorority’s overall goal is to foster unity among Greek organizations while reaching out to the student body and greater San Diego community to demonstrate the philanthropic efforts of the Greek Community.

The mission of PCA America is to “prevent the abuse and neglect of our nation’s children” and includes all forms of abuse and neglect, whether physical, sexual, educational, or emotional. PCA America advocates public policies that diminish or eliminate isk factors while promoting protective factors. To date, Kappa Delta has donated over $7.1 million to help revent child abuse in our country.
